All sales are final. No Refunds/Exchanges, Shipping cost is not included and will be charged separately.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased on our online store, unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@classique-decor.com with details of the product and the defect. We will contact you with further details. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

THE SHIPPING COST IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER TOTAL AND WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY.
Shipping costs will vary between products and destinations. Once you place your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the shipping cost and provide you with a portal to pay for shipping separately. If you prefer, you can email info@classique-decor.com, or call 905-635-8779 in advance to determine shipping costs before you order.

PICKUP IN-STORE AVAILABLE.
Free in-store pickup is available at our Burlington store on Tuesday’s between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. If you select this option at checkout, we will contact you in advance to schedule your pickup and to provide pickup instructions.

COVID-19: March 2020

In the face of Covid-19, our brick and mortar business has been forced to temporarily close as society self-isolates and we work together to flatten the curve. As with many small businesses, the health crisis has created a major challenge for Classique Decor as a lack of an open retail storefront has brought sales to a halt.

In response to this reality, we’ve done our very best to make our products available to our loyal customers, friends, and family in Oakville, Burlington, and the Greater Toronto Area.

Although we’ve been working on an online solution, we did not expect to launch so quickly, and so, we are doing our very best to make shipping a smooth and easy experience for our customers. We currently are only able to ship to Oakville, Burlington, cities in the GTA, and select cities in Ontario. If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please email info@classique-decor.com, or call 905-635-8779 to confirm before you order.

Returns on Defective Merchandise

To return a defective product, please contact info@classique-decor.com for further direction. If directed to mail your return in, our address is: 777 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON, L7R 3N2, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
